Do you want to talk about it?

Debut EP available out now!

"Riding on the back of their debut EP Do You Want To Talk About It, The Time Thieves are next up. It’s clear after hearing their first song that the band is influenced by Joan Jet And The Black Hearts, Hole, The X-Ray Specs and Blondie. They’re technically gifted and each layer of sound easily distinguishable from the next. The lead singer’s voice hits all of the right notes and she gives off an air of confidence as she breezes through the band’s set."

The Time Thieves Debut EP

The Time Thieves are a New Wave band originally formed in the summer of 2010 in France by Jack Conroy (Guitar), Ben Cooper (Drummer), and Kate Conroy (Singer) to compete in a local battle of the bands competition at La Bercloise Beer Festival (great beer by the way!). Later joined by Enguerran Dufour (Bass) they went on to perform many times throughout France during 2011 & 2012.

In 2012 Jack & Kate moved back to England to study Music. To show what they had achieved in France, they self-funded an E.P together with Ben and Enguerran who flew in from France to make the recording. Out of this came ‘Do you want to talk about it?’ which was The Time Thieves first ever E.P. After making the recording they realised that it wasn’t possible to continue the band with members living in different countries. So putting aside great memories and successes Jack & Kate decided to continue The Time Thieves in the UK and to look for new members.

At college they met Drummer Reiss Hemming, and Bass player Will Ganner, and The Time Thieves were re-born! - Since re-forming they have been awarded a 12 month promotional contract with Birmingham Promoters, working alongside M.A.S Records.

The Time Thieves are dedicated to creating original music and love to play. With catchy riffs and big choruses their music is new and exciting for 2014.

March this year takes them back into the studio to record several new tracks with plans being made to perform at many live events this year………
